I did a six week yoga program with Carolien. During this time I was going through an intense and very stressful time at work which seemed impossible to cope with. I would arrive at the class, very anxious, stressed and completely in my head. The difference after the yoga was amazing. I felt much more in my body, much more connected to the stillness within me, I felt calmer and more accepting. In this calmer space, I left the yoga, knowing the situation at work was not bigger than me and that I could handle it.
The weekly yoga sessions were a great support to me during this difficult period.
